|You need to be in a Live Chat session with a visitor to be able to send the canned messages.|
To view the visitor details during a chat session,
- Launch the Banckle Chat App.
- From the Banckle Chat home screen, click the Live Chat tab.
The Live Chat tab displays.
|You can only chat with a visitor once you accept the chat request. The Live Chat tab displays the chat area where you can communicate with the visitor.|
- In the Details tab, view or update the following information:
- Name: view the name of the visitor.
- Email: view the e-mail address of the visitor.
- Send Email: sends an email to the visitor.
- Notes: enter the additional notes for your own reference against the visitor.
- Save: click to save the information for the visitor.
- Name: view the name of the referral through which the visitor came.
- Value: view the additional information or the link through which the visitor came.
