Viewing the Visitor Details during a Chat Session

You need to be in a Live Chat session with a visitor to be able to send the canned messages.

To view the visitor details during a chat session,

  1. Launch the Banckle Chat App.
  2. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click the Live Chat tab.
    The Live Chat tab displays.
    You can only chat with a visitor once you accept the chat request. The Live Chat tab displays the chat area where you can communicate with the visitor.

  3. In the Details tab, view or update the following information:
    • Name: view the name of the visitor.
    • Email: view the e-mail address of the visitor.
    • Send Email: sends an email to the visitor.
    • Notes: enter the additional notes for your own reference against the visitor.
    • Save: click to save the information for the visitor.
    • Name: view the name of the referral through which the visitor came.
    • Value: view the additional information or the link through which the visitor came.
