Selecting Members for the Department

To select the members for the department,

  1. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
    The Banckle Chat Administrator home screen displays.
  2. From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Departments.
    The Departments Settings screen displays.
  3. From the Department Settings list, click your desired department row.
    The particular department area expands.
  4. From the Users area, select the user that you want to include in the department and click Save.
    The users are selected as members of the department.
