To reuse previous ticket for current conversation,

  1. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
    The Banckle Chat Administrator screen displays.
  2. From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Ticket Settings.
    The Ticket Settings screen displays.
  3. Check Reuse Previous Ticket for Current Conversation box to use an old ticket for an on-going visitor's conversation.
  4. Click Save.
    The ticket settings has been saved.
