To reuse previous ticket for current conversation,
- From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
The Banckle Chat Administrator screen displays.
- From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Ticket Settings.
The Ticket Settings screen displays.
- Check Reuse Previous Ticket for Current Conversation box to use an old ticket for an on-going visitor's conversation.
- Click Save.
The ticket settings has been saved.
