Introducing the ticket settings screen,
Ticket Settings screen allows you to create tickets against conversations.
Ticket settings screen allows you to generate tickets from the following:
- Create Ticket from offline message: check this box to create ticket against any offline message.
- Create Ticket from conversation: check this box to create ticket against any online conversation.
- Reuse Previous Ticket for current conversation: check this box to reuse the already created ticket for current conversation.
