Introducing the Sound Settings Screen

The Sound Settings screen is used to configure sound alerts and notifications.

Currently the sound notifications can be configured for following events:

  • New Message: tap to turn the new message sound notification ON/OFF. This notification triggers at the operator's end when a new message is received.
  • New Visitor: tap to turn the new visitor sound notification ON/OFF. This notification triggers when a new visitor send chat request to the operator.
  • End Chat: tap to turn the end chat sound notification ON/OFF. This notification triggers when the chat session ends.
