Introducing the knowledgebase screen,

This screen allows you to create a list of your own knowledgebase Questions & Answers that helps you to answer the customers query more effectively during conversation.

This screen consists of the following areas:

  • Edit Your Knowledgebase
  • Knowledgebase Search Panel
Edit Your Knowledgebase

You can add your own Questions & Answers by filling up the following fields:

  • Question: enter the question in the question field that a customer might ask.
  • Answer: enter the answer of the above question in order to reply customer's query more efficiently.
You can edit your desired Q&A by clicking on it from the list below. Moreover, click Delete button to delete the corresponding Q&A.


Knowledgebase search Bar

The Knowledgebase search bar allows you to search within your own knowledgebase questions & answers.

Check Disable Transcript Collector box if you do not wish to add an on-going chat transcript in the knowledgebase Q&A.
