Before the Integration

Before you start, you need to make sure that:

  • You do have an account at Interspire and now want to install the Banckle Chat App on it.
  • You do have an account at Banckle and do have the Banckle Chat deployment code with you.

Installation

This section is for you if:

  1. Sign into your Interspire Store Administration account.
  2. From the Settings menu, click Live Chat Settings.
    The Live Chat Settings screen displays.
  3. On the General Settings tab, check the Other Third Party Live Chat Service and click Save.
    The Other Third Party Live Chat Service tab displays.
  4. Go to your Banckle Chat account and copy Banckle Chat deployment code.
  5. On the Other Third Party Live Chat Service tab, paste the Banckle Chat deployment code in the Live Chat Code field.
  6. From the Chat Box Location field, select At the top of the page and click Save.
    The Banckle Chat for Interspire is successfully installed and activated for your shop.

After the Successful Integration

This section is for you if:

  • You have successfully installed and activated Banckle Chat App for Interspire at your online Store.
  1. Sign into Banckle Apps and then go to the Banckle Chat to start chatting with your visitors through Banckle Chat Plugin.

Customization

This section is for you if:

  • You have successfully installed and activated Banckle Chat App for Interspire at your online Store.
  • You want the Banckle Chat button to float on your website
  1. Sign into your Interspire Store Administration account.
  2. On the Other Third Party Live Chat Service tab, paste the Banckle Chat deployment code in the Live Chat Code field.
    The Banckle Chat for Interspire is successfully installed and activated for your shop.
The code that you use for the Banckle Chat button to float over your website is following:
