How to enable queue for incoming live chat requests

Access Banckle Chat application and follow below mentioned steps:

  1. To enable queue for incoming live chat requests:
    1. Click Settings option from the left navigation panel. This shows Settings page.
    2. Click Widgets available under Managing Widgets section. This shows Widgets page.
    3. Select required widget from Widgets page.
    4. Select Preferences tab.
    5. Select Smart Queue. This expands smart queue section.
    6. Select required numeric value from Queue list should contain drop down list.
    7. Click Save button. This enables queue for incoming live chat requests successfully.

      Note: The selected number in Queue list should contains means that maximum number of visitors which can be shown in the queue. If more visitors are sending chat requests then operator’s status will be shown as BUSY to them.
  2. To setup customize message for the queue:
    1. Click Settings option from the left navigation panel. This shows Settings page.
    2. Click Widgets available under Managing Widgets section. This shows Widgets page.
    3. Select required widget from Widgets page.
    4. Select Widget Design tab.
    5. Select Greeting and Label tab available under Widget Design section.
    6. Select Waiting queue message option from Type drop down.
    7. Enter message in Content text-area.
    8. Click Save button. This changes the message which will be shown to visitors in waiting queue.
