How to change status of the live chat operator

Access Banckle Chat application and follow below mentioned steps to change the live chat operator’s status:

  1. Click Dashboard option from the left navigation panel.
  2. Mouse hover on arrow-button available on top-right corner of Dashboard page.
  3. Click Status dropdown available under Account Information penal. This shows following status to set:
    1. Online
    2. Away
    3. Busy
    4. Offline
  4. Select required status from dropdown. The selected status is set successfully.
