Click Settings option from the left navigation panel. This shows Settings page.
Click Widgets available under Managing Widgets section. This shows Widgets page.
Select required widget from Widgets page.
Select Preferences tab.
Select Offline Message. This expands offline message section.
Select Enable Offline Messages checkbox.
Select Change to offline mode when no operator answers checkbox. This enables duration dropdown list.
Select 1 minute from dropdown list.
You can select any value available in the dropdown list. Here, 1 minute is selected as an example to explain the expected behavior of this feature.
Click Save button. Settings saved successfully.
Now if operator didn't answer to visitor within 1 minute then operator status will be set to Offline automatically so visitor can send offline message and operator will receive those offline messages.
