How to accept an incoming chat request

Access Banckle Chat application and follow below mentioned steps to accept an incoming chat request:

  1. Click Monitoring option from the left navigation panel. This shows Visitor Monitoring page.
  2. If a visitor sends a chat request then it appears under Queue List..
  3. Click status icon available under Action column of Queue List to access the incoming chat request. An accepted request will open the live chat conversation.
