Editing an Existing Department

To edit an existing department,

  1. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
    The Banckle Chat Administrator home screen displays.
  2. From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Departments.
    The Departments Settings screen displays.
  3. From the Department Settings list, click your desired department row.
    The particular department area expands.
  4. In the Department Name field, update the name of the new department.
  5. From the Users area, select the user that you want to include in the department and click Save.
    Single user can be including in multiple departments.
