To deactivate the canned message,
- From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
The Banckle Chat Administrator home screen displays.
- From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Canned Messages.
The Canned Message Settings screen displays.
- From the Canned Message Settings list, uncheck the Active box against your desired canned message.
The canned message is deactivated.
|To activate the canned message again, select the Active check box for the corresponding canned message.|
