To create ticket from offline message,

  1. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
    The Banckle Chat Administrator screen displays.
  2. From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Ticket Settings.
    The Ticket Settings screen displays.
  3. Check Create Ticket from Conversation box to generate ticket as soon as the conversation with visitor ends.
  4. Click Save.
    The ticket settings has been saved.
