Creating the User as Member of the Department

To create the user as a member of the department,

  1. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
    The Banckle Chat Administrator home screen displays.
  2. From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Departments.
    The Departments Settings screen displays.
  3. From the Department Settings list, click your desired department row;
    The particular department area expands.
    You will see default Banckle Chat department named as "Default Department". If you click on the desired department name, it will expand the department settings area.
  4. Click Create User.
    The Create User area displays.
  5. In the Create User area, enter the following information:
    • User ID: enter the name of the user.
    • Password: enter the password for the user account.
    • Confirm: enter the password for the user again.
    • Email: enter the e-mail of the user.
  6. Click Add.
    The user is successfully created.
