To create the user as a member of the department,
- From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
The Banckle Chat Administrator home screen displays.
- From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Departments.
The Departments Settings screen displays.
- From the Department Settings list, click your desired department row;
The particular department area expands.
|You will see default Banckle Chat department named as "Default Department". If you click on the desired department name, it will expand the department settings area.|
- Click Create User.
The Create User area displays.
- In the Create User area, enter the following information:
- User ID: enter the name of the user.
- Password: enter the password for the user account.
- Confirm: enter the password for the user again.
- Email: enter the e-mail of the user.
- Click Add.
The user is successfully created.
