Changing the Translation Settings

To change the translation settings for the widget,

  1. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
    The Banckle Chat Administrator screen displays.
  2. From the Administrator home screen, click Widgets.
    The Widgets Settings screen displays.
  3. From the Widgets Settings list, Click on the desired deployment row to apply theme.
    The Widget Code tab displays.
  4. Click Translate tab.
    The Translate tab displays.
  5. Select the Enable Translate check box to translate the visitor messages.
  6. In the Translate tab, select the following information:
    • Operator's Language: select the default language for the operator.
    • Visitor's Language: select the default language of the visitor.
      You can set the Visitor's Language to Auto Detect for detecting and translating the language of the visitor automatically.
      If you enable the translation feature, the text editing and styling disables in the chat editor.
  7. Click Save.
    The Translate settings are successfully saved.
