Applying the Theme for the Existing Widget in Design Mode

To change the theme for the widget in design mode,

  1. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
    The Banckle Chat Administrator screen displays.
  2. From the Administrator home screen, click Widgets.
    The Widgets Settings screen displays.
  3. From the Widgets Settings list, Click on the desired deployment row to apply theme.
    The Widget Code screen displays.
  4. click Theme tab.
    The Theme - Design Mode tab displays.
  5. In the Design Mode tab, select the following information:
    • Theme: select the available theme for the deployment.
    • Show Company Logo: select to enable the logo for the deployment.
    • Show security seal: select to enable the security seal.
    • Show Email: select to enable and emailing feature.
    • Show Save: select to enable the exporting of the chat logs.
    • Show Print: select to enable the printing options.
  6. From the Text Style field, click Live Chat.
    The Text Style area expands.
  7. In the Text Style area, select the following information:
    • Select Font: select the font for the live chat.
    • Size: select the size of the font for the live chat.
    • Color: enter the color number of the font for the live chat.
    • Bold: check to bold the font for the live chat.
    • Italic: check to italic the font for the live chat.
    • Underline: check to underline the text for the live chat.
  8. In the Design Mode tab, enter the following information:
    • Border Color: select the color for the live chat border.
    • Background Color: select the background color for the chat console.
    • Transcript Border Color: select the border color for the chat transcript.
    • Transcript Background Color: select the background color for the chat transcript.
  9. From the Transcript Style field, click Live Chat.
    The Transcript Style area expands.
  10. In the Transcript Style area, select the following information:
    • Select Font: select the font for the live chat transcript.
    • Size: select the size of the font for the live chat transcript.
    • Color: enter the color number of the font for the live chat transcript.
    • Bold: check to bold the font for the live chat.
    • Italic: check to italic the font for the live chat.
    • Underline: check to underline the text for the live chat.
      To restore the theme back to default settings, click Reset.
