Applying filters to support tickets,

  1. Launch the Banckle Chat App.
  2. On the Support Ticketing tab, select any filter option to apply on a ticket from the Filters toolbar.

    Following are the details of the filter option buttons:
  • All Tickets: click to view all the tickets.
  • My Unresolved Tickets: click to view all the unresolved tickets that are assigned to you.
  • Unassigned Tickets: click to view all the tickets that are not assigned to anyone.
  • All Unsolved Tickets: click to view all the tickets that are not solved yet.
  • Hold Tickets: click to view all the tickets that are held by anyone.
  • Solved Tickets: click to view all the solved tickets.
  • Create Ticket: click to create a new ticket for any task.
