To add into a knowledgebase,
- From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
The Banckle Chat Administrator screen displays.
- From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Knowledgebase.
The Knowledgebase Settings screen displays.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Question: enter your question in the Question field.
- Answer: enter your answer of the above question in the Answer field.
- Click Add.
The question and its answer is added in your knowledgebase list.
|Check Disable Transcript Collector box if you do not wish to add an on-going chat transcript in the knowledgebase Q&A.|
