Adding your Knowledgebase

To add into a knowledgebase,

  1. From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
    The Banckle Chat Administrator screen displays.
  2. From the Banckle Chat Administrator home screen, click Knowledgebase.
    The Knowledgebase Settings screen displays.
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    • Question: enter your question in the Question field.
    • Answer: enter your answer of the above question in the Answer field.
  4. Click Add.
    The question and its answer is added in your knowledgebase list.
Check Disable Transcript Collector box if you do not wish to add an on-going chat transcript in the knowledgebase Q&A.
