Accepting the Live Chat Request from the Operator

For describing this process we are going to use our own website Banckle Dot Com as an example.

To accept the live chat request from the operator,

  1. From the Banckle Live Support dialog, click Accept.
    The Start Chat dialog launches.
  2. In the Start Chat dialog, provide following information:
    1. What's your name?: enter your name.
    2. What's your email address?: enter your email address.
  3. Click Start Chat.
    The Online Support chat window is launched.
