    • If I ask for a new feature how long will it take for you to offer it?

      However, it depends upon the nature and the scope of the suggested new feature. While it can take couple of days to incorporate a tiny feature it might as well take around a month to work on a large feature.

      Our development is purely User-Focused. We make products for our Users so we take all their feedback very seriously. Our agile development process enables us to quickly incorporate the reasonable new-feature and existing feature-enhancement requests from our Users.
    • What languages are you offering it in?

      Right now it is being offered in English. We are also working on its Chinese version as well as the Internationalization and Localization of the English Edition.
    • I no longer need my Banckle account can i deactivate it?

      Yes. For deactivating your Banckle account contact your Banckle Administrator user.
    • How can I retrieve my data if I want to move to a competitor service?

      If you want to move to a competitor service, we will give you a grace period of 30 days to take a backup of all your data. During that time you may consult our Help Resources as well as our support team if you encounter any assistance.
    • Sometimes I can not access Banckle Apps. It says please check your network settings? Are their any special ports being used by Banckle Apps?

    • How can I ensure that I receive the monthly Newsletters and Announcements in my email inbox?

    • Is my connection with Banckle applications secure enough? Does Banckle use some encryption for my sensitive information?

      Banckle apps use 256-bit encryption for the information transmission. The connection is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES_256_CBC) and meets FIPS standards. Banckle further ensures customers' security with fool proof time-stamped token and centralized authentication system.
