Discontinued Products
Banckle is all about developing collaborative and social applications. Our route to offering perfect and most user-friendly applications is led by our customers. We have a very open culture about getting the end-user feedback, taking it seriously and then shaping the applications accordingly.
We learn over time that our customers are more passionate for some of our products than for others. Based on this measurement of customer demand and satisfaction we prioritize our product development and offerings.
Obviously to give more time and attention to those products and services that has high demand among customer-base is very important than to spending time and resources on the products that have very little or no demand at all.
So due to these and other factors we may decide to discontinue some of our products and services from time to time. Or we may also decide to merge one product with another to offer a more robust application.
However, if there is going to be any discontinuation we will announce it well before time to allow our customers to look for alternatives. And we will also readily assist our valued customers in taking backup of their data from these discontinued products and services. As only those products are being discontinued which have very less demand so the negative effect will be minimal.
This page lists all those products which have been discontinued.
- Discontinued products are no longer sold and are not included in Banckle Apps Suite.
- No major new versions or new features will be released for discontinued products.
- Technical support is offered until the last subscription expires (for example, 1 year).
- Critical issues (for example exceptions or crashes) are fixed until the last subscription expires.
