What is a conversation?

A conversation is any time time you engage in a live chat with a website visitor.

A conversation can last as long as it needs to and have as many messages as you require to have a useful conversation. A 250 conversation plan, for example, translates to 2 operators chatting with 5 visitors each, every working day of the month.

What happens if I go over my allowance?

If you exceed your monthly allowance, you will be billed for any excess usage at a flat rate of $1.50 per conversation over your allowance. If you are an annual or biennial customer, you'll receive an invoice for excess use at the end of each month period.

You will see notifications about your use if you come close to exceeding your allowance to help you understand and monitor any excess use. This all means that you can continue using our service without disruption, even if you go over your subscribed allowance.

All our plans are subject to fair use. Users with excessive usage that might interrupt other users' services are contacted and their services may be withdrawn.

How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, you get access to all the features of the Banckle service for 14 days. This is the free trial.

The Banckle support team contacts you before the trial expires. You can then choose the level of service you need and enter credit card details to convert the plan from trial to permanent. You don't lose anything: all customization, data and actions that you took during the trial remain.

How do you bill me?

You can pay online, using a credit card or PayPal. For annual Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans, you have the option to get invoices. Contact us for details.

How do I change plans?

You can switch plans at any time from your Banckle Accounts. When you change plans, you receive either a fee, if you're upgrading, or a credit, if you're downgrading, for the part of the month that remains.

Can I get a discount?

Annual plans offer the best discounts and are great value.

If you subscribe to more than 2 products, our Banckle.Total plans offer up to 60% off when compared to purchasing separately.

How do I cancel a service?

Banckle plans run annually or monthly. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any point: simply log in to your account and cancel.

There are no refunds on annual plans.
