Welcome to the July issue of the Banckle Collaborator Newsletter. As with every issue, we hope you have been growing to enjoy using all the apps in our Banckle Apps Suite. Banckle Collaborative and Social Apps are made solely with the aim to make doing work and completing tasks easier, simple and more reliable for you and your business and organization. This month we have been working on improving many existing features and have rolled out quite a few exciting new functionalities. We have also been continuing our commitment towards our Marketplace Apps expansion effort – which is enabling greater audiences to experience and enjoy the benefits of using Banckle as each day passes. As always, information and news about the latest feature and functionality can always be found on the Banckle Collaborator Blog.
We would really like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for really starting to share your feedback, ideas and opinions at our Feedback Forum, powered by our very own Banckle Feedback Capture. Instead of having to interact with an intermediate layer of support personal that may take up time and delay the solution to your problems – at the Feedback Forum you get your technical questions answered directly and quickly by correspondingly responsible developers and members from the technical team. There is also a good chance that the problem or question that you share has already been answered by our team at the Feedback Forum. This ensures that you get your solution as soon as possible. We definitely urge our members to feel free and help other members. It’s the collaborative effort that counts, after all.
This issue aims to get you up-to-date with all activities at Banckle during the course of July 2011. Like always, this newsletter showcases and summarizes all exciting new developments and features in Banckle Collaborative and Social Apps while highlighting the key performance tweaks and bug fixes from across the product line. Our main focus this month remained to allow an even wider audience to be addressed by your businesses, while allowing you with more control and customizability over your social and collaborative experience.
