Integrate Desk.com with Banckle Chat and Create Support Tickets

We had previously shared about Desk.com integration with Banckle Chat. We are pleased to share this integration has been updated. You can now enjoy the online conversation experience via our live chat software and create support tickets. Desk allows you to stay on top of your support by tracking the owner, priority and status of every customer interaction. Online customer support has always been a key point for Banckle Chat and it has all you need to provide the best customer services to your visitors. The integration of Desk.com and Banckle Chat provides you the platform for live chat support in your website and create a complete support ticket in Desk. Desk.com can easily be integrated with Banckle Chat. Being a chat operator, you can integrate Desk with Banckle Chat and track details about your individual customers as well as groups of customers at a particular company. The following steps are required to install and configure Desk:
Setting Up Desk:
- Log in to your Desk account.
- Click Admin.
- Click Settings.
- Click API.
- Add API application.
- Copy all the information, and paste them into the matching fields on the Banckle Chat Settings page.
The information required for configuring Desk at Banckle Chat will be displayed here.
Configure Banckle Chat Settings:
- Sign in to Banckle Chat.
- From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
- Click “Marketplace”.
- Click “Browse” to see the list of available plugins.
- Click “Install” button that appears on hovering the mouse over “Desk” option.
- Provide the following information.
- Desk Domain.
- Desk Key
- Desk Secret
- Desk Token
- Desk token secret
- You can also select the Desk rule for ticket creation.
- Click “Install”.

The “Installed” tab shows the plugins that have been already installed.
The tickets are created on closing a live chat session with a customer. As soon as you close the live conversation, Desk ticket is created and a link is displayed. Click the link to open Desk ticket.
You can view the ticket details and perform the required operations such as updating case status, viewing chat history, setting up the priority etc. Desk.com provides a variety of features for the Banckle Chat conversations tickets such as ticket management, case filters, case status, business rules etc.

Integrate Google Analytics with Banckle Chat

Using Google Analytics with Banckle Chat, you can track a list of events taking place for live chat support on your website. Setting Up Google Analytics:
- Sign up for a Google Analytics account.
- Once registered, a Tracking ID will be displayed. Copy this ID for Google Analytics configuration.

- Provide Google Analytics ID (Tracking ID).
- Click “Install”.

Note: This tracking ID is only used if you are using a custom tracker, or Google Analytics is not found on your page
Here you go. You have successfully integrated Google Analytics with Banckle Chat. You can use some very powerful options to get as specific details as you would like in your website tracking.
You can track a list of events taking place on your website and the traffic against an event. With custom events, you can easily see how your users are using your application. Examples of events are message received, chat started, typing in a textbox, invitation accepted etc.

Integrate Fluid Surveys with Banckle Chat

Fluid Surveys can easily be integrated with Banckle Chat through simple steps. Being a chat operator, you can conduct the survey at the end of live chat session. Fluid Surveys allows you to send your surveys to your visitor in a conversation.
How to Configure?
The following steps are required to install and configure Fluid Surveys:
- Sign in to Banckle Chat.
- From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
- Click “Marketplace”.
- Click “Browse” to see the list of available plugins.
- Click “Install” button that appears on hovering the mouse over “Fluid Surveys” option.
- Provide the “Email Address” and “Password” of your account registered at Fluid Surveys.
- Click “Load Surveys.
- Click “Enable Survey”.
- Choose the desired survey from the list.
- Provide the survey message.
- Click “Install.

A list of available surveys will be accessed from your account.
The survey message will be shown as a hyperlink to the survey after the conversation ended.
Once Fluid Surveys plugin is installed, you can share the survey with your customer at the end of a live chat session. As soon as you close the conversation, the link of the survey is shared with the customer. On clicking the survey link, the survey is launched in a new window.

Use Multilingual Support for Banckle Chat Console

We are pleased to announce that Banckle Chat console language translation is now available for all the Banckle customers. All subscribed customers can benefit from the multilingual feature for the Banckle Chat console. You can choose from a list of available languages and enjoy the same great experience of Banckle Chat in the language of your choice.
The multilingual feature uses Google’s translate service; one of the most comprehensive language translators available. It eliminates the need of translation efforts by you or the support team. All the application sections, buttons, notification messages are translated into the selected language. You can select the desired language via Settings by following the steps given below:
How to use multilingual support?
- Sign in to Banckle Chat.
- From the Banckle Chat home screen, click Settings.
- Click Misc.
- Choose the desired language.
- Click Save.
Note: If you do not have a Banckle account, click here to sign up for a Banckle account.
Note: This setting only changes the Banckle Chat Console language, and is set for each Admin individually.
Note: You need to refresh the page to apply the language.
With just a single click, Banckle Chat console is translated to the selected language effortlessly. Banckle Meeting Diagnostic Tool has been updated

From sending online meeting invitations, viewing chat transcripts and meeting recordings, sharing screen and files, interaction with attendees or sharing the permanent URL of meeting, Banckle Meeting has it all. We are pleased to share that we have updated the Banckle Meeting Diagnosis tool.There are some major updates in this diagnostic tool to provide you the improved collaboration experience.
The user interface of the diagnostic tool has been updated and some new testing aspects are added to the tool. You can run the diagnostic tool from the meeting lobby to verify that your computer is ready to participate. Click “Testing Meeting Readiness” to run Banckle Meeting Diagnostic Tool.
The diagnostic tool checks that all required components are installed and the network connection is efficient enough to view different types of activities during an online meeting session.
Banckle Meeting Diagnostic Tool tests the following aspects of your system/machine and network connection:
1. Flash Plugin: Existence of the Flash Plugin, and its installed version, on your machine. It is recommended that you always keep the Adobe Flash plugin updated to ensure smooth and dependable performance with Banckle Meeting.
2. Connection: Available connectivity to the Banckle Meeting servers. A properly configured connection to the internet should suffice in allowing you to pass this test.
3. Latency: The response time of your connection, when communicating with the Banckle Meeting server.
4. Download: The average downloading speed of your connection in Kbps.
5. Upload: The average uploading speed of your connection in Kbps.
6. Video: Video quality based on the network speed
7. Audio: Audio quality based on the network speed
Once the diagnosis is completed, you can view the details such as Flash Player version, server connection, network latency and upload/download speed.You can also configure audio settings via diagnostic tool. Similarly, you can configure the video settings for your online meeting session.

Use Your Own Audio Conferencing Number via Banckle Meeting

Web conferencing applications have been great solution for huge number of online businesses. There are number of companies who are using online meeting applications for staff training purposes as well. Banckle Meeting is one of those huge platforms that provide their customers with extra-ordinary online meeting environment. It has recently modified its user-interface and designed it in such a way where usability is now at its ease. Similarly, one of the major happenings that took place in the last few days at Banckle Meeting is allowing customers to use their own audio conferencing number. Earlier, we provided an option for the attendees to join the meeting via telephone with a toll-based number. Now, you may provide custom phone number for audio conferencing with the meeting attendees.
This particular option is another landmark that Banckle Meeting has achieved by allowing customers to have audio conversation either within the meeting room or over the phone line provided by the host.
How to Configure?
You can setup your audio conferencing number in Banckle Meeting by following few simple steps.
- Sign in to Banckle Meeting.
Note: If you do not have a Banckle account, click here to sign up for a Banckle account. - Create a new meeting via "Schedule Meeting".
- In "Audio Options", choose "Use my own conferencing line:.
- Provide the phone number for audio conferencing.
- Save the new meeting.
This is an impeccable option that allows host to provide his/her own phone number under audio options while scheduling a meeting.
After scheduling the meeting, all attendees can view host's provided audio conferencing number in the meeting information area.
Any attendee can directly call on that number in order to have audio conversation and use Banckle platform for presentation.
Banckle Meeting's user-friendly interface as well as easy to schedule meeting set-up makes your job pretty simple. Within a couple of minutes, you can schedule a meeting and an invitation has been sent to all the attendees via email. An email contains the information of the meeting including the host's conferencing number so that attendees know which number to dial. During an online meeting session, an attendee can choose to call the host via the audio conference number shown along the meeting ID.
This outstanding option is available to all our existing and new customers with no extra charge. In fact, no subscription is required as yet for using audio conferencing number so customers with the FREE plan can also enjoy this option. Audio/video conferencing is one of those key reasons for which these apps are highly being used by the commercial or non-commercial organizations as well as individuals all over the world. That is why; most of the web conferencing apps continue to improve this particular side of the application that attracts people to join and attend the online meetings.

Use Skype Calls in Banckle Online Meeting Sessions

Banckle Meeting offers a powerful suite of features for online collaboration needs that yield quality results. We have been working on new features to facilitate our users with best services for their online meeting requirements. We are pleased to share that a new and important feature has been added to Banckle Meeting. Now you can use your Skype ID to make calls in an online meeting session. This adds a great benefit for all the users to communicate via Skype calls and enjoy the immaculate online collaboration experience.
How to Configure?
You can setup the Skype account in Banckle Meeting by following few simple steps.
- Sign in to Banckle Meeting.
Note: If you do not have a Banckle account, click here to sign up for a Banckle account. - Start an online meeting session.
- In Video Pod, click "Set Skype ID".
- Provide your Skype ID.
Note:
- Audio will NOT be captured in the recordings with Skype option.
- You may not have the updated Skype version, hence you may get a prompt to update your Skype. Please ensure having an updated Skype version.
Your Skype ID would appear in the panel to confirm that you have successfully configured your Skype account for current meeting session. By configuring your Skype account with Banckle Meeting, you can benefit from Skype without actually leaving Banckle meeting room. Once you provide your Skype ID at host's end, meeting attendee(s) will get an option of calling the host via Skype.
Tip: To make a Skype call to the host, the meeting attendees and the host need to be signed in to Skype.
While making a call to the meeting host, a popup would appear to confirm the Skype call showing meeting host's Skype ID.
