Welcome to the first edition of your Banckle Collaborator Newsletter. This will help you get up-to-date information and news about our activities during September 2010. We have been striving to redefine the way you perform enterprise collaboration by developing the cutting edge unified collaboration solutions at Banckle. We have come a long way since the Launch of our Banckle Unified Collaboration Suite of products. In this newsletter, you would find that many new features have been tweaked, enhancements have been made and lots of bugs have been disengaged.

- Time Machine Experience: Through Banckle Online Meeting product, Banckle Unified Collaboration Suite is introducing its Recasting feature in the industry. Now you can go through any recorded meeting as you are its participant. The recast is not exactly the screen-cast that you can watch like a recorded movie. Instead it is the whole event reiterated just for you, so that you can literally experience the meeting that has happened in the past. Recast allows you to interact with the interface, view and participate in past chats and download the shared files just like you are living in the past when the meeting actually happened. And you don't even have to sit the whole session. You can seek any particular time, with precise accuracy, in the meeting to review your favorites or related stuff.
- Multiple Domain Support: Having too many email addresses from different custom domains is a common thing. Now you can attach multiple email addresses from custom domains with a single Banckle Email Server subscription. This will allow you to have email addresses like yourname@yourdomain1 and yourname@yourdomain2. You can add virtually unlimited custom domains. It would be as you are using your own server.
- Email Contacts Auto-completion Support: Now Banckle Email Server automatically completes the existing contact's email address as you type it.
- Auto-schedule Your Email: Wanna send an email in future?..You don't need to be around. Just configure a schedule to send the email and it will be sent automatically at the assigned time.
- Invitation Denial: If you deny any user's invitation, that user can not send you invitations any more.
- Archived Messages in Admin Console: Now you can keep track of the chat transcripts using the Admin console.

- Video Optimization for iPad: The battery life and CPU speed is critical to mobile device development. In the development of Banckle Remote Control Client App for iPad this month, we had been able to leverage OpenGL ES to render each screen frame, which enabled the hardware acceleration via GPU and therefore speeded up the screen update process, gaining smooth user experience while saving the battery life.
- Virtual Appliance Ready: The Virtual Appliance for VM Ware is ready.

- Improved Theme: We have prepared a new theme to be used in the Banckle Live Chat visitor's window.
- New Message Indication: Now whenever you receive a new message the window blinks to indicate its arrival.

Buggin’ No More |

- Standardization: For Banckle Email Server, the IMAP server is more stable and conforms of the standards.
- Search Memory Issue: For Banckle File Sharing, we have fixed the search memory issue.
- Flex iFrame: In Banckle Email Server, the mail editor is developed in iFrame. A lot of bugs have been fixed to make the mail writing experience better for you.
- Multi-user RSS Stream: Previously if multiple users subscribe to a single RSS feed only one of the users could synchronize the RSS feed. Now this bug has been fixed.
- Chrome / Safari Compatibility Issue: Chrome / Safari have a bug which causes the online/offline image not to be refreshed. We have made a workaround to bypass this bug.
