    We would like to welcome our readers to the September issue of the Banckle Collaborator Newsletter. As with every issue of this compilation of latest news and happenings at Banckle, we hope you have been growing to enjoy using all apps in our Banckle Apps Suite. Banckle Collaborative and Social Apps are pivoted around the ideology to make your life more fun and less 'work', by making your tasks and business requirements easy-to-perform and increasingly efficient. Everything about Banckle Collaborative and Social Apps speaks and revolves around convenience and increased productivity.

    This month we have been working on improving many existing features, overhauling and maintaining our successful Apps – and more importantly entering a new era at Banckle.We will read more about it in this issues main feature! Simultaneously, our continual commitment towards our Marketplace Apps expansion effort is really starting to come through enabling greater audiences to experience and enjoy the benefits of using Banckle Bancklewith every passing day. There is also a good chance that the problem or question that you share has already been answered by our team at the Feedback Forum. This ensures that you get your solution as soon as possible. We definitely urge our members to feel free and help other members. It's the collaborative effort that counts, after all.
    This issue aims to get you up-to-date with all activities at Banckle during the course of September 2011.     We've been listening to Banckle Online Meeting users for the option to call in meetings/webinars with phone. And now we're glad to share we have made the first step to fulfill this great request. We're providing the toll-based number for your meeting/webinar attendees to call-in. And the change is transparent to the users. All you have to do is check one single checkbox to leverage this great feature - When you schedule a meeting/webinar, just check the "Join the meeting via telephone with a toll-based number" as shown in the below screen shot, then you are all set to go.

    Custom Sounds and Volume Control come to Banckle Live Chat

    Isn’t it a nuisance when the visitors come on your website and you are unable to attend to them even though you are available; however since you do not receive any notification or alert, you do not know what you just missed! That may have been a missed sales call!

    The good news for all you folks out there is that the recently overhauled Banckle Live Chat 2.0 now comes equipped with the custom sound and volume control feature!  With this feature in hand, you can now control your sound notifications for Incoming Messages, Chat Requests, New Visitors, Visitors Disconnection and Banned Visitors.

    In case you wish to upload a specific sound clip of your choice for any of the possible audio notifications - all you need to do is select Custom0 or Custom1 and upload your desired .MP3 file for that notification.

    To further assist you, there is now a Volume Bar present towards the top of the App's interface. This volume bar appears on all screens within Banckle Live Chat 2.0 application; enabling you to control the overall volume for all the notifications you receive within Banckle Live Chat. Notice this comes in handy if you are making a potential sale and do not want to be disturbed at that precise moment! Or if the ambient noise around you suddenly increases - all you have to do is slide up the volume!
