Attendee Screen and Application Sharing (with Remote Control) in Banckle Online Meeting
- Posted by Ali Maqbool on February 10th, 2011
Banckle Online Meeting now features Screen and Application Sharing for hosts and attendees, as well as offering you the facility to remote control the attendee’s shared screen/application. This allows you to engage in increasingly interactive online meeting sessions, where you are able to request particular attendees to share their screen. This feature rids you of the worry of who needs to send a meeting invite to whom, in case your primary usage scenario is collaborating using screen sharing.
How to use this feature?
As a host you may request a screen share from a particular attendee, after which they can choose to accept or decline that request. In case the selected attendee chooses to accept the screen share request, he/she may choose whether to share the entire screen, or a specific application window.

Stopping Screen/Application Sharing
Once your screen/application is being shared, you may also choose to stop sharing immediately. This stops broadcasting your screen/application to all Online Meeting participants. This screen is also consistent with regular (host to attendee) screen/application sharing.

You can also change the shared application, or select screen sharing by changing sharing options. This screen is also consistent with regular (host to attendee) screen/application sharing.

Remote Control to a Particular Meeting Participant
Banckle Online Meeting allows you to grant Remote Control to any particular meeting participant. This means that, using Banckle Online Meeting, the selected participant is granted complete mouse, keyboard and interaction control to your shared application or screen. You are however requested to confirm acceptance of remote control. This screen is also consistent with regular (host to attendee) screen/application sharing.
