Banckle.Meeting Classical Interface Discontinued

Banckle.Meeting Classical Interface will be discontinued from 6th October 2014. We have been working on improving the HTML5 UI for the past few months to make it feature rich and more use-friendly. With a number of enhancements already added and many more to be introduced in future versions, Banckle.Meeting HTML5 version has permanently taken over from the Classical UI.

Please move all existing meetings to the HTML5 interface or they will be automatically removed from your Upcoming Meetings list after 6th October 2014.

The Banckle.Meeting HTML5 interface is loaded with your favorite app features. And with the addition of WebRTC mode, you can now conduct plugin-free, high quality audio, video, screen sharing and presentation sessions with no dependency on Flash.

Send Device Based Proactive & Automatic Chat Invitations with Banckle.Chat

Live chat customer assistance tools are a reliable and ever increasing mode of customer support. Customers don't need to wait for an email response, they can get all their questions answered on the spot, in real-time. However, a good live chat tool needs an arsenal of productive and easy to use features.

Translation, visitor monitoring, reporting, ability to invite website visitors and demographic details of the visitors are a few of the most important features for an online customer assistance application. Banckle.Chat is one of the most enterprise friendly online customer service apps which includes all of these features and much more.

You can proactively or automatically send live chat invitations to your website visitors using Banckle.Chat. Operators signed into Banckle.Chat can now view which device the visitor is using and invite them based on their business requirements. For instance, a company may have a business policy for sending custom chat invitations (proactive or automatic) to visitors browsing their website on a desktop PC only. No users on a mobile device must be invited or vice versa.

So, for proactive chat invitations, operators can view the device type under Banckle.Chat's Monitoring tab and decide which visitors they should invite. Similarly, automatic chat invitations can be configured to trigger only if website visitor is using the device you specified.

How to Configure Device Based Live Chat Invitations

Automatic Chat Invitations

 - Sign into Banckle.Chat.
 - Click on Settings option from the left navigation panel.
 - Click on Widgets option and then select the widget linked with your website.

Access Banckle.Chat Widgets

 - In widget settings panel, click on Preferences tab.
 - Click on Visitor Invitation tab to expand it.
 - Enable Automatically invite visitor after option.
 - From the available drop-down, select the time duration after which you wish automatic invitations to be triggered.
 - Select device types for which automatic invitations must be triggered in Send automatic invitation to these devices panel.
 - Click on Save button to apply the changes and start send device based automatic invitations to your website visitors
